There are certain forms needed to sell your home when transferring property in Pennsylvania. Here are a couple that may help you:
Seller disclosure form – It is a state law that anyone who sells property in Pennsylvania must complete a Seller’s Disclosure Form. This form must be completed by the seller and presented to the buyer. Get a copy of the form to complete by clicking here.
Agreement of Sale – This is the contract between a buyer and a seller dictating the terms and conditions of the sale of the property. What inspections will be done in what time-frames, the sale price of course, address and legal description of the property, what type of deed transfer (special warranty/general warranty), settlement date, who holds the escrow monies, mortgage commitment date. All of these items should be spelled out so there is no miscommunication.
